Terms and conditions:

1. All prices include VAT (based on Germans current tax rate of 19%).

2. All offers are without obligation. Mistakes and intermediate sale are reserved.

3. If a sales contract will take place it will between you and the car dealer who offered the car. In individual cases the Company Gero Engelhardt will function as salesman. In both cases the buyer will not pay any additional fees.

4. If a sales contract will take place the customer can choose between the following possibilities in getting the car:

· self-service

· transfer by forwarding agent

· transfer by an employee of our own company

Please contact us in all of the above listed cases for an individual agreement. Transfer prices and any additional transfer prices will be part of the sales contract and have to be paid by the buyer.
The transfer invoice will be priced separately.

5. The buyer agrees that the vehicle shall remain the property of the company until the purchase price and transfer price has been completely paid.

6. The sale will be handled as follows:

· the contract will be sent by the company Engelhardt per e-mail or fax

· the contract has to be signed and sent back within 24 hours

· transfer the purchase prince and transfer fees (not valid in case of self-service)

· car delivery including invoicing
